I acknowledge that this is an advisory-based approach and not a medical treatment. I am aware that it is a process grounded in extensive experience, designed to promote positive outcomes when followed as advised. However, I understand that no guarantees or assurances of specific results are provided.

I am informed that counseling is a one-time process, and any additional queries, guidance, or counseling will be subject to time availability and may be provided on a complementary basis. I am also assured that our discussions are highly confidential and will not be recorded in any form.

I am submitting my counseling fees with full awareness of the nature of this service and in a sound state of mind. I understand that all fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. I agree that any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
